Our organization is dedicated to being the leading force in our community to advance Quality Care Standards in the senior community to support and involve like-minded organizations and Advocates.
OUR VISION
Give back to our local community through Philanthropic Services, through Care and Support of Organizations or Individual whose mission provides Charitable and Quality Care Services.
WHERE WE ARE
We are currently working with Anaheim City Senior Program, Senior Care Association of Anaheim, Private Residential Care Facilities, and Vendors to help support seniors identify Quality Services. We provide Pro Bono services through leadership involvement of Associations and Organizations whose mission provides Quality Care Services.

My Dream Home
My Dream Home helps secure housing in the community. Through an open collaboration of care providers, tenants, Developers, Investors, Donors and advocates; MDH plans to secure real estate properties to establish affordable housing options for families, non-profit organization, faith-based organizations, and public or independent advocates.
We provide a full services housing program and management to establish Residential Homes that provide public service such as Home Care, and Long Term Care Programs licensed within the State of California. Homes are regulated through various government programs of one or two of the following Department of Public Health, Department of Health Services, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Social Services, Department of Mental Health, and Department of Developmental Services.

Our inclusive care planning will customize an individual care plan to meet care needs. Our services will be delivered by skilled, and trained Care Team ( Care Specialist, Care Staff / Caregiver, Consultant / Advocates) to encourage and assists Seniors in Living Independently.”
