All Elegant Care Villa Direct Care Staff are required to complete our training program that was developed to meet minimum RCFE and California TITLE REGULATIONS CODES requirements that was enhanced with supplemental training to ensure High Caliber of Staff Skills SET to provide our QUALITY SENIOR CARE SERVICES!

For our Direct Care Staff that provides care for Residents with Developmental Disability are required by our organization to become Certified Direct Care Professional Training to understand the specialized needs of individuals with Developmental Disability.
"Since January 1, 1999, the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) has implemented mandated statewide competency-based training for direct support professionals employed in regional center vendored community care facilities (CCF). This mandate arises out of the conviction that individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities receiving residential services are entitled to the highest standard of service and that direct support professionals deserve training and recognition as professionals."

We only work with Professional State Board Certified Care Provider!
Physicians, Specialist, Nursing, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, Pharmacist, Psychology, Behaviorist, Psychiatrist and other Professional Consultants not mentioned of which require Professional Board Certification.
REQUIREMENTS:
Health Care Practitioners and Professionals will maintain Proof of Professional Certification and Training required within their scope to provide Professional Care Consulting Services for our Residents.
Health Care Practitioners and Professionals may be required to show proof of malpractice and General Professional Liability Insurance prior to consulting and rendering services to residents of said Residential Care Facilities.
Services may vary based on Insurance Coverage or Share of Cost.
Shall be in compliance to all applicable laws Federal, State, and Local Regulations.
