Health Care Practitioners & Consultants
We only work with Professional State Board Certified Care Provider! Physicians, Specialist, Nursing, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, Pharmacist, Psychology, Behaviorist, Psychiatrist and other Professional Consultants not mentioned of which require Professional Board Certification.
REQUIREMENTS:
Health Care Practitioners and Professionals will maintain Proof of Professional Certification and Training required within their scope to provide Professional Care Consulting Services for our Residents.
Health Care Practitioners and Professionals may be required to show proof of malpractice and General Professional Liability Insurance prior to consulting and rendering services to residents of said Residential Care Facilities.
Services may vary based on Insurance Coverage or Share of Cost
Shall be in compliance to all applicable laws Federal, State, and Local Regulations.
