Ca Care Association is committed to educating, preserving, developing Home and Community-Based Programs that enhance the safety and well-being of California's most vulnerable residents in senior and adult communities; that is a self determined and person-centered approach.

With their mission and our collaboration aims to impact the community for added resources caregiver career training and increased available caregivers with basic caregiver training to work in California Licensed Care Programs administered by Community Care Licensing (click here).

At Elegant Care Villa, we understand that caregiver training is essential to providing high-quality care. That's why we're proud to host a monthly caregiver basics training event. This event is open to anyone who is interested in caregiver training, including Recruiting Caregivers, Direct Support Professionals, private duty caregiver, and workforce. The purpose of this event is to enhance compliance and increase caregiver competency. We believe that by providing this training, we can improve the quality of care for our clients and their families.
